Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Work closely with teachers, families, and administrators to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and comply with school policies and state/federal regulations
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
• Offer guidance and resources for staff and families to foster communication skills
