Key Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
School-based SLP experience preferred
Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Ability to work onsite and engage effectively with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services tailored to middle school students needs
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals in supporting student success
Develop and maintain accurate records, including progress notes and IEP documentation
Participate in team meetings, provide consultation, and contribute to a positive school climate
Monitor and adjust interventions to maximize student progress
