This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in a small, student-focused district with strong support from both staff and administration. With one school assignment, youll have the ability to build meaningful connections as you work with a caseload spanning kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Essential Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience in schools is preferred, but passionate SLPs new to school settings are highly encouraged to apply
- Eager to support a broad spectrum of student needs across K12
- Interest or experience in SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, teletherapy, pediatrics, or healthcare settings is welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a K12 caseload within a single school site
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with student IEPs
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with school staff
- Deliver therapy and support tailored to both general and specialized education students
- Maintain thorough documentation and engage actively with caregivers and educators
- Adapt flexibly to the needs of students in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) formats as needed
This position features a consistent schedule at 37.5 hours per week, five days per week, running from late July 2026 through late May 2027. Enjoy a role where paid indirect time and collaborative meetings are part of your weekly work, promoting a balanced and supportive experience.
