Youll oversee everything from assessment and evaluations to direct therapy and participation in IEP meetings, gaining valuable skills across a range of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active SLP license or eligibility in Florida
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Pediatric speech therapy experience, especially in outpatient or school settings
• Background working with 2-18 year olds with mild to moderate needs (pragmatic, receptive/expressive language, reading, writing, articulation, and autism)
• Comfortable participating in the full scope of assessments, evaluations, therapy, and IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions (no group cases)
• Oversee comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Actively participate in IEP meetings
• Support children with high-functioning autism and a range of communication delays
