Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract role focuses on helping children strengthen communication skills and participate fully in their learning journey. Youll be working in a supportive K-12 educational environment located near Holyoke, MA, providing both evaluation and therapeutic services tailored to a diverse student community.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold an active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (please provide a screenshot as proof)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Bilingual fluency required; Spanish/English preferred
  • Familiarity with evaluation tools, IEP development, and progress monitoring within an educational framework
  • Clear background check, CORI, fingerprinting, and drug screening
  • Dependable transportation and punctuality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct intervention services and track student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed documentation according to district and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
