Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students speech and language abilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
  • Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
