Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings or working with children preferred
- Background in teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Complete evaluations, write IEP goals, and participate in meetings to ensure students academic needs are addressed
- Maintain accurate case notes and required documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
- Communicate progress and strategies with families, teachers, and school staff
