Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for the state of Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and varying caseloads
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students academic and social growth
- Develop and implement IEP goals and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain timely and accurate student records and progress reports
- Serve as an ally and resource to both students and staff concerning communication disorders
