Step into a contract opportunity supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This is a flexible, part-time position with a focus on pediatric clients in a school-based setting, requiring your expertise for 2-3 hours per week onsite. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Florida SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) accepted
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop treatment plans and collaborate with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessment and evaluation of students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs
- Document sessions, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards
