Desired Qualifications
- Current South Carolina LLR Licenserequired for practice
- Valid South Carolina Teaching Certification/Educator Licensure
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
- Skilled in pediatric speech-language therapy, evaluations, IEP implementation, and progress documentation
- Genuine commitment to assisting students with diverse communication needs
- Comfort working across preschool and itinerant service delivery, possibly serving multiple sites
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to an assigned caseload of approximately 4045 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Provide support in both preschool and itinerant settings within a large, resourceful school district
- Engage in collaborative team meetings and utilize paid indirect time for planning and documentation
- Effectively communicate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in convenient virtual interviews and onboarding
