Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children are essential
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive and inclusive services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered goals
• Provide resources and strategies to educators and caregivers for generalizing skills beyond therapy sessions
