Key Qualifications:

  • Hold active ASHA SLP-CCC credentials, along with South Carolina SLP licensure and teaching certification
  • Experience with school-aged or pediatric populations, including the ability to work with Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Skilled in assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy for a variety of speech and language needs
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team, especially in IEP meetings
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptive approach

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students to determine individual speech-language needs
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans with both short- and long-term goals
  • Deliver group and individual therapy sessions tailored for elementary students diverse needs
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with school staff and families
  • Travel between 2-3 school locations as needed within the district
