Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active SLP licensure in Texas (TX SLP required)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) considered
• Experience in pediatric and school settings preferred
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor evaluations and interventions to a broad range of abilities
• Positive, team-oriented approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
• Work closely with educators and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Provide direct therapy services in group and individualized settings
• Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
