A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join a school-based team in Hilton Head Island, SC. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with school-aged children in speech and language therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
Location:
- Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children
- Design and implement evidence-based intervention strategies to promote communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' academic and social progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights
