Job Description

Make an impact supporting students as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist in a contract role near Hillsdale, WY. This full-time opportunity centers on helping children improve their communication abilities and thrive academically and socially. Work directly with a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students, delivering both individualized and small group therapy sessions within a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current IL SSW License required
  • Experience or strong interest in schools-based speech therapy
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
  • Skilled in collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students one-on-one and in small groups
  • Perform evaluations, write reports, and lead the assessment process
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of individualized education plans
  • Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure aligned, effective student support
  • Maintain documentation and uphold compliance with school and state regulations
