Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available onsite in Hillsdale, MI, serving a K-12 school setting. The contract runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year. The role requires a Michigan state license for SLP practice and involves working directly with students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments and individualized therapy to address communication disorders for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
Qualifications:
- Michigan state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full time for the contract duration
