A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Hillsdale, MI. This role requires an MI Licensed SLP and offers a contract from ASAP through the end of the school year. The position is onsite and involves working with a caseload spanning all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across K-12
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MI Licensed SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is preferred
- Experience working in K-12 settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adjust therapy approaches accordingly
