Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
• Prior experience in pediatric and/or school settings is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech and language abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication challenges
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, documenting progress and adjusting approaches as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize support for each child
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert perspectives
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages each students confidence and growth
