Job Description

This position is for a certified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for K-12 students throughout the remainder of the current school year and the 2026-2027 school year in Hilliard, OH. The role is designed for a dedicated professional who holds OH SLP licensure and ODE certification, with experience supporting students with special needs in a school or pediatric setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio SLP license and Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification.
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in schools or clinics supporting children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a 32-hour, 5-day weekly schedule.
