Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP license for the state
• Previous experience working with pediatric clients, especially in schools
• Comfortable conducting both individualized and group therapy sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs and therapy plans
• Proficiency in assessment, documentation, and case management

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of diagnoses
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and therapy goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for compliance and progress tracking
