Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school environments
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool and school-age students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Document session notes, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student achievement
• Provide support for classroom strategies that facilitate speech and language development
