Qualifications:
- Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
- Familiarity with early childhood, pre-school, elementary, and secondary (grades K-12) student needs
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Organizational skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from pre-K to high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of student abilities and backgrounds
- Work directly with students in groups or individually to address unique communication needs
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with educational standards
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to strategize on IEP goals and student progress
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to promote best practices in student support and success
- Participate in school meetings and parent conferences as needed
