Job Description

Applicants should hold a valid Virginia SLP credential and are welcome from a range of experience levels, including those with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY backgrounds. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing compassionate, student-centered care in a collaborative school setting.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Active VA SLP license required
  • SLP-CCC or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-age populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student success
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to teachers, administrators, and families
