Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
• Experience with pediatric populations in school-based settings highly valued
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals
• Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Work closely with teachers and staff on intervention strategies and classroom support
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide resources as needed
