Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with a dynamic and supportive educational team near Henrico, VA. Qualifications and Credentials:
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure before the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates will also be considered
- Experience with pediatrics and school-based settings strongly desired
- Bilingual skills a plus, though not required
Role Details:
- Contract assignment beginning August 19th and continuing through May 30th
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Serve a caseload of approximately 45 elementary and middle school students
- Provide direct therapy, assessments, and collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintain thorough documentation, and engage with families to support student progress
- Caseload includes students with a wide variety of speech and language needs, offering both challenge and professional growth
