Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
• School-based experience or a genuine interest in working within educational settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt instructional practices for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth
• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide direct intervention individually and in small groups within the school setting
• Offer guidance and resources to parents and educators regarding communication best practices
