Step into an impactful school-based role supporting students communication needs in the Las Vegas area. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers Speech-Language Pathologists the chance to make a meaningful difference in a diverse student population, with assignments beginning July 29, 2026, and ending May 21, 2027. As an integral member of the school community, youll provide direct services, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to student growth every day.
What we're seeking:
- Completion of a Master's Degree program in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY considered, but CCC-SLP highly preferred)
- Active Nevada DOE Certification
- Valid Nevada SLP License
- Commitment to full-time, onsite attendance for the duration of the contract (remote/virtual or hybrid work is not permitted)
- Flexibility to serve at various schools in the district, with assignments and caseloads varying as needed
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with diverse age groups is a plus; willingness to adapt to the needs of different campuses
- Bilingual skills are highly valued
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and implement evidence-based speech and language therapy plans
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a trusted resource for interdisciplinary teams
- Foster a supportive environment for students and partner with teachers and families to promote student progress
