Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
- Experience in K-12 educational settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable with itinerant roles and working across multiple locations
- Strong skills in collaboration, documentation, and IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and intervention for students with speech-language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and team assessments
- Consult with staff and families, providing training or resources as needed
- Maintain timely records in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Support a positive learning environment; indirect hours, such as admin time and paid team meetings, are included
