Serving two dynamic school settings, youll work with a diverse caseload spanning PreK through 12th grade. Your dedication will support students at both Idyllwild School (grades 6-12) and Hamilton Elementary (PreK-8), offering invaluable support across a broad range of ages and needs.

This full-time position begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, providing stability and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with supportive staff, and receive guidance as you adapt to the districts IEP systems. Youll have a dedicated space for therapy, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and active SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly valued
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to support a multi-site assignment
• Passion for empowering students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students PreK-12
• Manage a full-time, school-based caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting
• Contribute expertise to multidisciplinary meetings and staff collaborations
