An immediate opening is available for three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide essential support within a school setting in Hemet, CA. This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek. This role focuses on PreK-5th grade students with an estimated caseload of approximately 55 students, serving across multiple schools. The position requires onsite presence to effectively engage and collaborate within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of PreK-5th grade students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Valid California State SLP License required.
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, CCC) preferred.
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is essential.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare and educational compliance standards.
