Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California SLP License is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
• Prior experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
• Understanding of various service delivery models in educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment and therapy to a caseload of approximately 55 PreK-5th grade students across multiple schools
• Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and progress reports
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services onsite
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team collaborations
• Adjust interventions based on data and students evolving needs
• Support educators and families with strategies for generalizing skills across settings
