Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY considered
Previous experience in a school environment preferred
Skilled in conducting assessments and interpreting results
Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
Ability to develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students with varying communication disorders
Administer speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with district standards
Work closely with teachers, parents, and support personnel to promote student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Offer consultative support and educational resources to staff and families
