Job Description

This onsite, full-time contract position for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist offers an engaging and rewarding opportunity from now through May 2027. Youll work within a supportive setting, managing a middle school caseload and helping students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license issued by the state of California
  • Experience with school-based therapy, especially middle school populations, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering growth and confidence in students
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students onsite
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support each students academic and social success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and utilize mentorship resources as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
