Make a meaningful impact supporting students from preschool through 8th grade as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year and is based at a single school in the vibrant community near Hayward, CA. Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (PreK-8th grade)
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred but not required
• Enthusiasm for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students with a broad range of communication needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student success
• Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and supports
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and district policies
• Participate in professional development and school-based meetings
