A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a middle school location in Hayward, CA. This contract position runs from ASAP through 5/25/26 and requires onsite work. The role involves managing a caseload focused on middle school students, providing speech and language therapy services in a school setting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must hold a valid California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working within a middle school environment preferred
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and education staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and communication development
