Key Qualifications:
- Active California state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings (virtual or in-person)
- Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
- Strong communication abilities for effective online collaboration with school staff and families
- Ability to individualize virtual therapy plans to address diverse student needs
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status highly valued; pediatric experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design customized online speech and language therapy plans tailored to each student
- Deliver interactive, evidence-based virtual therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress, making adjustments in partnership with educators and parents
- Maintain clear and timely documentation for each student
