Job Description

Provide remote speech-language therapy services as a Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Oakland, CA. This contract position focuses on delivering impactful virtual therapy sessions to students, supporting their communication development in an engaging and effective online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement personalized virtual therapy plans tailored to students' speech and language goals.
  • Conduct interactive online therapy sessions that encourage student participation and measurable progress.
  • Collaborate remotely with educators and parents to track progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes in compliance with school district standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
  • Skills and experience with SLP in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school settings.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Proficiency in using virtual platforms and online communication tools to deliver therapy effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for remote collaboration and documentation.

Location: Virtual work serving students in the Oakland and Hayward, CA area.
