Desired Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certification, or eligibility for Clinical Fellows consideration
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy to elementary students
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress in accordance with state and local guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to create effective intervention plans
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
