Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
- ASHA Certification (required; will also consider Clinical Fellows)
- Background working with school-age or pediatric populations

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support student goals
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
