What We're Seeking:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP License
- DESE Certification required
- Versatility working with pediatric populations, including pre-K through middle school
- Experience or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY), Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC), or comparable credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with students, educators, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices
What Youll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district policies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic support for each student
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress effectively with educational teams
- Stay abreast of best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
