What Youll Need:

  • An active Massachusetts SLP license
  • Experience or interest in serving diverse K-12 student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions to ensure student success
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Stay current with best practices and state/federal regulations for school-based speech therapy
