Qualifications / Experience Sought:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current license to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech and language intervention plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement effective intervention strategies
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Educate staff and families on speech, language, and communication development
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
