Key Qualifications:

• Active CT SLP CCC license
• Proven experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to supporting diverse learning needs among K-2nd students

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-2nd grade students, targeting individualized goals
• Supervise and mentor the assigned Clinical Fellow and SLPA, ensuring compliance with professional standards and school guidelines
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Participate in team meetings, provide consultation, and deliver training as needed
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
