Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or CFY applicants considered)
• Previous experience in pediatrics preferred, especially within school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in children

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
• Deliver direct therapy services and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
• Provide resources, support, and training for teachers and families
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment that helps students thrive academically and socially
