In this in-person, contract position, you will provide essential speech and language services to children ages 3-5, fostering communication skills that build the foundation for lifelong learning. Youll collaborate with other professionals and families in a supportive school environment, designing innovative interventions that bring out each childs potential.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology Certification
• Experience or strong interest in early intervention (ages 3-5)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY eligible; open to new graduates and seasoned professionals
• Pediatric experience in educational or clinical settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to preschool-aged children
• Maintain thorough records of student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators and families
• Design engaging, individualized interventions and group sessions
