Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
  • Previous experience working in a school setting with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services for a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and set measurable goals

  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
  • Support and educate school staff regarding students speech and language needs
