Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in schools and early childhood settings by providing speech-language services in a contract role onsite. Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed for in-person positions supporting students within K-12 and Early Intervention programs. Multiple opportunities are available, each focusing on delivering direct support to students and collaborating within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license and valid Teaching Certification (required upon application)
- Experience working with children in educational settings, including regular and special education populations
- Familiarity with case management and documentation best practices
- Commitment to in-person service delivery; virtual options are not available for these roles
- Clinical Fellows may apply (pending agency support for supervision requirements)
- SLPAs not considered for these openings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to caseloads of children, tailored to their individual educational plans and needs
- For K-12 roles: Serve two elementary buildings, supporting students in general education and Autistic support classrooms, and manage related documentation/case files
- For Early Intervention: Deliver services to children ages 35 with developmental and special education needs, with dedicated weekly paperwork time
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and additional support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and thorough records in line with educational and regulatory standards
