Make a meaningful impact supporting students communication needs by providing direct speech-language services in a collaborative, school-based setting. We are seeking passionate onsite Speech-Language Pathologists to serve students across Early Intervention and K-12 programs. This is a contract position supporting school-aged children and preschoolers with special education needs.
Available opportunities:
- Two providers for elementary-aged students (Role A). Youll work Monday to Friday from 8:00am3:30pm, coordinating services and case management across two elementary school sites. Expected caseload is 50-55 students, including those in regular and autistic support classrooms.
- One provider for Early Intervention (Role B). Support children ages 35 in New Oxford/Gettysburg with a focus on special education needs. Includes dedicated weekly paperwork time and follows a year-round schedule with frequent breaks.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong clinical skills and thrive in dynamic school environments. Whether youre an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (with agency-sponsored supervision), your expertise will help children build critical communication abilities.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- Valid or eligibility for Teaching Certification (must be submitted with resume)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excels at collaborating with diverse teams and families
- Strong organizational and written communication abilities
- Clinical Fellows welcome with agency-paid supervision; SLPAs are not eligible
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and assessment services onsite
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech/language needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain records and manage caseloads in compliance with school and state standards
