Job Description

Several onsite Speech-Language Pathologist roles are available on a contract basis for the upcoming academic year, serving populations from early intervention through K-12. Opportunities include:

Role A: Two SLPs to serve a diverse caseload of 5055 students across two elementary campuses (regular education and Autistic support) from 8:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday, between August 18, 2026, and May 27, 202735 hours per week, with case management responsibilities.

Role B: One SLP to provide Early Intervention services for children ages 35 (special education focus) in New Oxford/Gettysburg. This in-person, year-round role offers dedicated weekly paperwork time, 35 hours per week, with a schedule that accommodates frequent school breaks.

Role C: A school-year SLP for an elementary campus in Northeastern School District, York County35 hours a week, Monday through Friday (location to be finalized).

What you'll need:

  • Active PA Speech-Language Pathology certificate
  • Valid PA teaching certification (must submit with your resume)
  • SLP-CCC credential (SLPAs not accepted for these roles)
  • Experience in schools, preferably K-12 or Early Intervention populations
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • CFs considered with an agency-provided supervision fee where specified

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based speech therapy to students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Document student progress and contribute to IEP processes
  • Engage proactively in each schools dynamic community
