Make a meaningful impact by supporting K-12 students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity spans district-wide across several schools, engaging with students from elementary through high school to help them achieve their communication goals. As part of a dynamic and collaborative educational setting, youll deliver services that foster students growth and confidence.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Hold a valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification
- Possess a Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (must include with resume)
- Demonstrated experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Skilled in assessment, development, and implementation of individualized therapy plans
- Committed to providing in-person services (virtual not available at this time)
What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K12 students across the district
- Evaluate students to determine eligibility for speech-language services
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation regarding student progress and therapy outcomes
- Serve as a resource to teachers, staff, and families regarding speech-language needs and strategies
- Participate in meetings with educators and families to review and update student progress
This assignment is full-time, 35 hours per week, beginning August 18, 2026 through May 27, 2027, allowing you to contribute to student success throughout the school year.
