Desired Qualifications:

• Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Comfort providing services across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels (Pre-K through Grade 12)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions according to students IEP goals
• Consult with educators and parents to support students development and classroom success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Contribute to IEP meetings and document progress toward therapy goals
• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
