Desired Qualifications:
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Comfort providing services across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels (Pre-K through Grade 12)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions according to students IEP goals
- Consult with educators and parents to support students development and classroom success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Contribute to IEP meetings and document progress toward therapy goals
- Serve as a resource for school staff regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
