Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP license, or pending licensure (must be eligible by August)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Comfort and skill in supporting students with significant behavioral disorders
• Team-player with strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to elementary students
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed
• Collaborate frequently with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom and home
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with all state and district requirements
