Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Experience or interest working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs
  • Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome; supervision and mentorship available
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs among students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support overall academic success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and interventions
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
