This contract-based role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to support students communication development in a welcoming and collaborative educational environment. Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience or interest working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs
- Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome; supervision and mentorship available
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs among students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support overall academic success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and interventions
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
