Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to communication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP mandates
• Consult with teachers and parents to integrate support strategies in classroom and home settings
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Educate staff on effective communication strategies and recommend adaptive tools or resources
• Advocate for students interests and facilitate inclusive school participation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school setting working with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments
